Trauma-Sensitive
Yoga Groups

Each series is co-facilitated by a certified yoga instructor and a counselor, creating a safe, supportive space for healing. Gentle poses, breathing, and relaxation techniques help participants reconnect with their bodies, build awareness, and support overall well-being.

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is an evidence-based approach that reduces trauma symptoms by emphasizing choice, empowerment, and present-moment awareness. We also offer Trauma-Sensitive Goat Yoga—a unique experience where the calming, playful presence of animals helps ease stress and foster connection.

Auricular Acupuncture

A calming, holistic practice using gentle ear point stimulation to address behavioral health concerns, including addictions, mental health, and disaster and emotional trauma. Offered in group settings and often combined with traditional talk therapy or yoga sessions, creating a deeper sense of healing and connection.

Our staff are certified in Auricular Acupuncture by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) and/or People’s Organization of Community Acupuncture (POCA).

Art Therapy

Art therapy offers a gentle, creative path toward healing from trauma. Through drawing, painting, movement, and other expressive arts, participants can safely explore feelings and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

No artistic skill is required—only a willingness to explore. In a safe and supportive environment, our art therapists help individuals use creative expression to release emotions, make meaning of their experiences, and reconnect with themselves. This process can foster a sense of calm, resilience, and renewed hope.

Trauma and Grief

Caring, specialized support for individuals navigating complex trauma and grief. We work with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and interpersonal violence, as well as family members and loved ones impacted by homicide or suicide.

We also provide support for trauma related to immigration and asylum experiences, community violence and protests, and medical trauma.
